Training for All Ages

Our Tang soo do and self-defense classes cater to kids, young adults, and adults looking to enhance their skills and build confidence. Join us for personalized training in a friendly and supportive environment.

Tiny Tigers

Ages 4-7

Our kids' classes focus on building discipline, respect, and coordination. Through fun and engaging lessons, children develop martial arts skills while learning important values that will benefit them both on and off the mat.

Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.

Youths

Ages 8-13

Young adults can take advantage of our classes to stay fit, learn self-defense techniques, and boost their overall well-being. Our instructors provide guidance and motivation to help students achieve their full potential.

Mondays and Wednesdays - 6:00  p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Tuesdays and Thursdays - 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Adults

Ages 14 +

For adults seeking a challenging and rewarding fitness experience, our classes offer a blend of traditional martial arts and practical self-defense training. Improve your physical fitness, mental focus, and stress management skills.

Beginner Class
